What are the benefits of a coaching e-course?
Flexibility and accountability! You will receive your Lifework exercise from me (Coach Sarah) via email on Sunday evenings each week and you can complete your Lifework in an environment that is best for you - in the comfort of your own home, outside in nature, at your office the next day, if you are traveling. You have the flexibility to complete your Lifework wherever and whenever you want to. There is no set date, time or place to attend class. I do ask you complete the weekly Lifework assignments and email me by the end of the day on Thursday - that's the accountability piece. I will be available via email for questions. My goal as your coach is to keep you on track, accountable, and moving forward.

What is a Lifework exercise?
The best way to describe a Lifework exercise is to provide you with an example of a Lifework exercise.

Week 1 will focus on Energy Drains. Something (or someone) is less than desirable and less than ideal. In order to move forward you need to zap the energy drains. As you zap energy drains, you lighten up & HAVE MORE ENERGY. You also grow more quickly because you are not distracted or weighted down.

Lifework assignment - Create a list of 20-30 energy drains and make Action Plans to zap 2-3 this week. Each week an additional Lifework exercise will be added and 2-3 energy drains will continue to be zapped each week.

Examples of Tolerations & Action Plans

Energy Drain: Hungry at work in the mornings and not enough time to eat a healthy breakfast.

Action Plan: Wake up 15 minutes earlier each morning to have a quick breakfast at home. Make sure you stock your home & work with quick healthy snacks you like (bananas, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt). What do you like & what is easy for you?

Energy Drain: Too many emails in my inbox

Action Plan: Plan 15-30 minutes each day to manage your email. Read, file, delete. Remove yourself from distribution lists which are not of value to you or drain your energy.

How much time should I allow to complete my Lifework each week?

The more you put into this class the more you will get out of it. I would recommend allowing 2-5 hours per week to complete your Lifework.
