What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid?
10 years ago, I was asked this powerful question
What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
My response
I’d leave my corporate job and coach full time.
Today, I am celebrating my 10-year anniversary of graduating from my corporate career at Sprint and starting Sarah Uchytil Coaching. I am so incredibly grateful for the life & career I’ve created.
I’d like to share with you my Top 10 lessons I’ve learned over the past decade.
1. Be in an environment which allows you to thrive. If you aren’t thriving, make the adjustment you need to.
2. Surround yourself with people who motivate, inspire and energize you.
3. Get clear and know what you need to feel valued, appreciated & supported.
4. Self-Care is non-negotiable. When you take the best care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually you are in alignment.
5. Listen to your intuition. Your gut is never wrong.
6. Turn your wild & crazy ideals into your reality.
7. Have an abundant mindset. There is enough love, time & money for everyone.
8. Cheer on others. Celebrate the success of your friends, your clients, your peers. This will generate high vibe energy. Remove negative low vibe energy from your life.
9. Believe in perfect timing, messages from the universe & God winks.
10. It takes grit, gumption & determination to follow your vision, mission, purpose & passion. Have the courage to make the leap.
